With a plant based diet is 10% dairy, meat, sweets and 90% vegetables.
That means for every pound of veggies you can eat .01 pound of dairy, meat, sweets.
That is the same thing as having two chicken nuggets, one candy kiss, and one slice of cheese and a whole can of mixed veggies for one meal. The other 2 is just raw or cooked veggies and one fruit, like an apple, orange, pear, or peach or any other fruits as long as it is one per meal.
Then you think I can have ketchup, mustard, miracle whip, or any other condiments. Wrong, only one spoon of one per meal. Then the hard part no oil, or salad dressing with the salad.
Just a little apple cider vinegar on your salad.
No matter what not to much on the dressing.
Remember everything in moderation.
Eat more single items foods, like an apple, orange, carrots, Lettice,
watermelon, etc., even drink more water. Soda is not good for you because soda has so much junk in the water that the body does not know what to do with it so the body stores it.
Juicing is good too because with the raw veggies chopped up and blended or use a juicer to make a veggie shake. Once you get the hang of it you can make some really good shakes.
You can go and buy like v 8 juices but there is so much salt and other stuff it is really not good for you to drink all the time. It is better to make your own.
So remember eat more veggies than anything else and when you get old your body will be in good shape and you will even live longer. So happy life, happy wife, sad children make dad happy for a very long time.
